The protection of your personal data is very important to us. Therefore we process your data exclusively on the basis of the legal regulations (GDPR, TKG).

Collection, processing and use of personal data

With every visit to this website (partially personal) data is collected automatically. The following data is collected for the purpose of creating visitor statistics on the use of this website, to improve the website and to protect against cyberattacks:

  • Date and visit of the URL where the visitor is located
  • URL that the visitor visited immediately before,
  • used browser,
  • used operating system,
  • the IP address of the visitor.


In order to make your visit on our website attractive and to enable the use of certain functions, so-called "cookies" are used. These are small text files that are temporarily stored on your computer. No personal data is stored by you. After the end of the browser session, the cookies used are deleted from your computer again (so-called "session cookies").

Social Media

On our website we use "share" plug-ins of social networks like Facebook, Twitter etc. via the AddThis-Service such that an automatic connection to the Social Media servers will not be established.

If you would like to use the social plug-ins click on the respective button. Only then a connection to the correspondig server will be activated.

As soon as you activate the button by clicking on it a connection to the social network servers will be established. This tells the social network that you have visited our website. If you are logged in on this social networks as a member while visiting our website the social network will assign the information mentioned above to your account.

If you want to prevent social networks from assigning this information to your account you will have to log out of the corresponding social network before visiting our website. We would like to point out that we as the provider of the web pages do not receive detailed information about the content of the transmitted data and their use by the social networks. For information on the purpose and extent of data collection and onward processing and use of data by the social networks as well as your rights in this regard and the available settings options for protecting your privacy please visit the social network's privacy policy information.

Special note on Facebook

Our Facebook profile is displayed in an iframe on our website. The provider is Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA. Services from US companies currently pose particular data protection risks because the USA does not have an appropriate level of data protection under the GDPR and you may not be able to effectively enforce your rights.

In order to ensure data protection and to prevent your data from being transmitted to Facebook when you visit our website, Facebook is initially deactivated. A direct connection to the Facebook servers is only established if you activate Facebook yourself by clicking on "Reload" (consent according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a DSGVO).

After activation, a connection to the Facebook servers is established and certain data is usually transferred to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there, e.g.:

  • the address of the website on which the integrated iFrame is located,
  • date and time the website was called up or the button was activated,
  • information about the browser used and the operating system used,
  • your current IP address.

We have no influence on the amount of data that Facebook collects using these plugins. However, it can currently be assumed that Facebook will receive the information that you have accessed the relevant page on our website. If you are logged in as a member of Facebook, Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account. When using the plugin functions (e.g. clicking the "Like" button, posting a comment), this information is also assigned to your Facebook account, which you can only prevent by logging out before using the plugin. The active use of Facebook plugins is subject to the data protection conditions and terms of use of Facebook Inc. Other Facebook "Like" plug-ins are not used on our website.

Contact, eg. via online forms

If eg. in the context of a request or application by online form or e-mail personal data is transmitted voluntarily through this website, the forwarder expressly agrees that his personal data provided by him and necessary for any legal transaction (such as: salutation, first and last name , E-mail address, your message, if necessary also IP address, address and telephone number etc.) are electronically recorded and processed.

We will save and process your data for the sole purpose of providing individual support, as far as necessary in the case in question, for processing the request, sending information or submitting service offers and, in the case of follow-up questions, for up to 36 months. unless they need to be retained for reasons of traceability or legal retention periods, no further communication takes place and no customer or legal relationship exists.

Our Order Processors are under a duty of attestation to the above and may not use this information in any way beyond what is necessary to operate the Website.

Your personal data will be passed on to external service providers, in particular lawyers, accountants, auditors, suppliers, banks and collection agencies, for the purposes of contract execution and fulfillment of legal obligations, including prosecution of legal claims.

In addition, your personal data will not be disclosed without your explicit consent, unless there is a legal permission or obligation to do so (eg information to law enforcement authorities and courts, information to public authorities, which receives data due to legal regulations, eg social security funds, tax authorities, etc .) or if we engage third parties engaged to enforce our claims to professional secrecy.

The deletion, however, takes place only after expiry of the deadlines of tax and commercial law.
