Martina Majer

German Language and Literature

Language is not only a tool for communication but a key to the understanding of another culture

Martina Majer who teaches German language and literature at Salzburg College holds an M.A. from the University of Salzburg where she is presently a doctoral candidate. She has also studied at the University of Granada, Spain, and BGS Ohio. She has worked in journalism and Public Relations for the Austrian Press Agency, the Salzburg Chamber of Commerce, and the European Employment Service.

Martina is an avid mountain biker and skier and loves to travel. She is also a painter and enjoys contemporary art.
