Location and Study Center

The Salzburg College study center is located in the heart of the Old City. It occupies a 16th century town house on Ursulinenplatz, a small square flanked by a historic city gate and one of Salzburg's famous Baroque churches.

You will find the university library, the Mozart Archives, museum and galleries in easy walking distance. The green grocers' market, coffee shops, local eateries, bookstores, boutiques, pastry shops and bakeries are all just steps away from the College's downtown location.

The top floor library offers a spectacular view of the city across the pleasant embankments of the Salzach river. The five-story building includes classrooms, offices, library, lounge and dining room, music practice space, photo labs and an art studio. Students have classes, study, and take their lunches at the College or a nearby location.

The historical city of Salzburg will be your campus.

Ursulinenplatz is also within sight of the main intersecting point of the Salzburg public bus system, which greatly facilitates students' short commutes to and from their Austrian host family homes.
